Whatyou'lldo

• Design, build and deploy AI-powered products and internal tooling from concept through to production

• Work across the full stack to rapidly prototype, iterate andvalidateideas with venture teams.

• Partner closely with Product, Design, AIspecialistsand venture leaders to solve real customer and business problems.

• Build scalable, production-ready software using modern engineering practices.

• Evaluate emerging AI models,frameworksand technologies toidentifypractical applications.

• Shape engineering standards and influence technical direction within a fast-moving venture environment.

• Helpestablishrepeatable patterns for AI product development across x15ventures.

We'relooking for people who

• Are experienced full-stack software engineers(Senior, Staff or Principal level).

• Have a passion for building AI-enabled products, developertoolsor intelligent workflows.

• Enjoy moving from idea to working prototype quickly whilemaintaininghigh engineering quality.

• Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and experimenting withnew technologies

• Understand the process of delivering products within regulated environments

• Think commercially and enjoy working directly with customers and venture teams.

• Love collaborating across disciplines to bring products to life.

Bonus points if you have experience with

• Generative AI and LLM application development.

• AI orchestration frameworks and agentic systems.

• Cloud-native architectures and modern DevOps practices.

• Building APIs,integrationsand scalable platforms.
