The Software Engineering Team Lead will be responsible for leading engineering teams, supporting technical delivery, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have strong software engineering experience combined with proven leadership capabilities. Required qualifications include:

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams and mentoring developers.
• Strong PHP development expertise with experience building production applications.
• Experience with Symfony or similar modern frameworks.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and scalable software design.
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design principles and software architecture best practices.
• Experience delivering software solutions within Agile and cross-functional environments.
• Strong knowledge of Git, GitHub, or GitLab workflows.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coach, inspire, and empower engineers to achieve their best performance.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
