Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 8 years of experience in software development.
  
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  
• Experience with building full stack products and leading new initiatives which requires standing up the infrastructure from scratch.
• Experience with releasing, deployment, logging, debugging and experimentation.
• Experience with Flume and large-scale data processing pipelines.
• Experience with RPC services, database, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Build AI forward experiences for Agencies. Lead the strategic investment in up leveling Agencies as first class citizens.
• Lead the build out of a scalable backend and frontend infrastructure to generate and serve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), insights and recommendations for Agencies.
• Lead the project from its early stage to scale. Create and drive longer term strategy, roadmap and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to land and deliver large cross-functional projects.
• Establish a strong culture of engineering excellence on the team. Help build and lead a team of strong engineers.
