Key Responsibilities
Engineering Leadership & Delivery
Own end-to-end delivery of technology solutions across multipleengineering teams, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps, timelines, and quality standards
Oversee and guide solution design, architecture decisions, and engineering practicesacross teams
Drive consistency in coding standards, design patterns, and development processes
Ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks
People & Team Management
Directly manage multipleengineeringleads,providing coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance One Engineering leadtypically manageoneteam
Build and scale high-performing engineering teams in the GCC environment
Drive career growth, skill development, and succession planning across teams
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Manage resource planning, capacity allocation, and hiring in alignment with business needs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product, Architecture, Design, and global engineering teamsto deliver business value
Translate business strategy into technical execution plans and measurable outcomes
Work effectively in a distributed/global team model, ensuring seamless coordination with onshore stakeholders
Process & Agile Excellence
Drive adoption of Agile/Scrum practicesacross teams in collaboration with Scrum Masters
Improve team productivity through metrics, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence practices
Promote DevOps culture, automation, and efficient CI/CD workflows
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
15+ years of relevant software engineering experience
5+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including managingengineeringleads
Preferred Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing multiple teams through Engineering Leadsin a matrix/global setup
Strong experience working in offshore/onshore delivery models, preferably withinBanking and Financial Servicesdomain
Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-gradelarge-scale, distributed, and high-availability systems
CodingexperienceinUI/API development, microservices architecture, and system integration patternsin Spring Boot and React.Native iOS, Androidexperienceis nice to have.
Understanding ofCI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar platforms
Solid experience with Agile methodologies and scaling Agile across multiple teams
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams
Leadership Competencies
Ability to balance technical depth with people leadership and delivery accountability
Strong decision-making skills with a focus on business impact and engineering trade-offs
Proven ability to influence without authority across global teams
High ownership mindset with focus on execution excellence and predictable delivery
