We're looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join our growing Engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a talented group of engineers, influence how we build software, and help shape the future of AI-assisted engineering at Expana.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of software engineers, supporting their growth, performance, and career progression.
• Creating a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
• Partnering closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver valuable outcomes for customers.
• Bringing technical insight to architecture, design reviews, and engineering decisions.
• Championing engineering excellence across code quality, testing, security, performance, and reliability.
• Driving the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and helping teams maximise the benefits of emerging technologies.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and capability building as we continue to grow.
