We're looking for an engineering leader with 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years in engineering leadership. In this dynamic role, you’ll lead our exceptional, senior engineering team and collaborate with business stakeholders to build customer-facing solutions that transform the way foodservice operators run their businesses. You’ll be collaborating with our product team, including UX, QA, data, and infrastructure resources to develop and support best practices in release management, automated testing, DevOps, AI-assisted development, product support, and more.

To Land This Opportunity
●You have 3+ years of engineering management and team leadership, including building teams, measuring and managing performance, and implementing processes to drive continuous improvement
●You have excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences, including the ability to collaborate effectively around complex topics
●You have experience leading day-to-day engineering best practices in collaboration with product, UX, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders
●You have direct experience leveraging AI tools for both AI-assisted coding and development of user-facing functionality. This includes building agentic solutions into products and business processes.
●You have In-depth knowledge and experience standing up QA processes and tools
●You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
●You have passion for pragmatic software design

The salary range for this role is $141,218.77 to $209,161.18 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay-for performance company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.

Parts Town was built from the ground up in 1987 with a team of just 5 people.
