OASYS, INC., a Leading-Edge Government contractor, is seeking applicants for a Software Engineering Manager position to support our Space customer in Huntsville, Alabama and Sunnyvale, California.

In this role, you will lead software engineering teams through the software development lifecycle following the program Software Development Plan (SDP) to include requirements analysis, object-oriented analysis & design, code & unit test, integration, and support to formal test/delivery.

The successful candidate will have experience developing software, leading software development efforts, managing projects, and being a leader of people.
Basic Qualifications: -- Standard teaming: Ability to work with multi-disciplined teams -- Experience working embedded software development -- Experience leading software development teams -- Experience managing software development projects -- Experience with Earned Value Reporting Desired Skills: -- Excellent written and verbal communication skills -- Experience with Agile/DevSecOps -- Experience working with US Government Customers -- Experience presenting formal software materials to customer audiences Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
