
Kotak’s AI team builds internal platforms and products to improve how teams work across the organization. This includes Kotak Desktop (an internal productivity and AI platform) and AI-led HR and enterprise initiatives.
The Product Manager will support discovery, definition, and delivery of AI-enabled products used by internal business, HR, and operations teams. This role suits an early-career PM looking to work on platform products and applied AI use cases.
Experience Profile
- Preferred: 3–4 years' experience in a Product Management role
- Alternate: 2 years in Product Management + 2 years in Business / Operations / Consulting or similar roles
Product & Requirement Management
- Support product ownership for internal AI products and platforms
- Gather stakeholder inputs and translate them into product requirements
- Contribute to PRDs, user stories, user journeys, and acceptance criteria
- Track feature delivery from discovery to rollout
Project Exposure (Illustrative)
- Kotak Desktop – internal productivity and AI platform
- AI-led HR initiatives (performance management support, HR chatbots, voice agents, onboarding tools)
- Internal workflow tools and dashboards
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Work with engineering and UX teams during design and development
- Coordinate with HR and business teams for requirement validation
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and UAT activities
Execution & Adoption Support
- Assist in release planning and internal rollouts
- Support documentation, training material, and feedback collection
- Track basic adoption and usage metrics
