About the Role

You will help build and support intelligent healthcare solutions that automate the processing of paper-based claims. Working with cloud-native and AI-enabled technologies, you’ll develop data extraction and processing capabilities that improve claim accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

This role operates in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities may shift as business needs change. Success requires ownership, adaptability, collaboration, and a commitment to seeing solutions through from design to production.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and support solutions that preprocess claim images and extract data for downstream claims processing workflows.
  • Develop serverless cloud-based pipelines that integrate with AI and machine learning services to populate and validate claim data.
  • Create scalable data processing jobs, operational metrics, monitoring solutions, and dashboards that improve visibility and system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand solution goals, contribute ideas, and deliver outcomes aligned to business needs.
  • Deploy and support applications across development and testing environments while maintaining quality and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure solutions are production-ready and effectively implemented.
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve issues quickly while contributing to continuous improvement and team learning.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong hands-on experience with Python development.
  • Experience using Boto3 and developing solutions on AWS cloud services.
  • Hands-on experience writing unit tests and applying test-driven development practices.
  • Experience working with AWS services including Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch.
  • Experience deploying applications to development and testing environments.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly, collaborate effectively, and adapt approaches as requirements evolve.
