PinMeTo helps large multi-location companies manage their business information across hundreds of online services, through a SaaS platform that puts businesses in control of their location data and lets them manage online interactions with customers. Our offering is a set of web applications developed internally by our Product department, headquartered in Malmö, Sweden.

As a Software Engineer with AI experience you would join one of our product teams focused on building our agentic AI capabilities. The team consists of a product manager, product designer, and 3 software engineers, all located together and working with a shared goal and focus. The team collaborates to first discover the most valuable opportunities to address, then define, validate, and deliver solutions to them.

We're looking to strengthen the team with a software engineer with AI experience who can work across a wide range of problems: software design and planning, system architecture, full stack web application development, agentic AI capabilities, etc.

What to expect when joining PinMeTo?

• 7 days: Your first week will be focused on getting to know your team and our system, setting up your development environment, and pushing your first (small) change to production. Your onboarding buddy and your team will be supporting you from day 1, making sure that you get started as smoothly as possible.
• 30 days: Continuing in your first month you will focus on learning about our codebase, products, and infrastructure while participating in whatever initiative the team is working on, pair working as much as possible with your teammates to contribute to what is being delivered. During this time we also encourage you to spend time learning the parts of our tech stack that you might not have previous experience with.
• 90 days: A quarter in you should be able to apply your previous experience to the specific context of your team and what you are working on together, thereby increasing your impact by contributing to everything from technical decisions to how the team works. You will also be able to take ownership of driving larger tasks to completion.
• 365 days: By this time your contribution to the team is indistinguishable from that of the other software engineers that you work together with. You will have been able to leverage your strengths and experience to become proficient with work that you are used to, and together with the team you will have learned the things that were new to you at the beginning.

• 4+ years of professional experience developing and managing B2B SaaS web applications in a cloud environment.
• At least 1 year experience of building agentic AI capabilities in web applications.
• Enjoy working with both backend and frontend code, with a strong interest in DevOps and system management.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Elm, Elixir, Node.js, AWS, MongoDB, and related web development technologies, as well as AWS Bedrock and other related services and technologies for building AI agents.
• Proficient user of AI based coding assistants such as Claude, Cursor, or Codex, with experience of optimizing your workflow, creating skills, and other ways to work productively with these tools.
• Proven experience picking up new technologies, with an adaptable and pragmatic approach to choosing between them.
• Prefer pair programming and collaborating with your team at the office over working alone at home.
• Comfortable communicating in English and looking forward to joining a culturally diverse company.

Practicalities

• This is a full time role based in Malmö, Sweden.
• We have an office first working environment, so we assume you live in or around Malmö or are willing to commute.
