Your Impact

• DevOps & Microservices Help lead the operational side of our highly available microservice architecture.

• Adaptable & Problem-Solver Tackle varied and challenging problems daily, showing flexibility, a data-driven focus on quality, and an ability to learn new skills quickly.

• Ownership & Quality Take responsibility for leading tasks, from building new functionality to developing automated tests and investigating issues, all with a level of high attention to detail

• Support & Growth Receive dedicated mentorship and formal training from a supportive team of fellow engineers to help you get up to speed and grow your skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Academic Qualification Bachelor's degree or higher in an analytical subject (e.g. Computer Science, Electronic/Software Engineering).

• Core Software Development Experience 2+ years of professional experience in software development using Java, Python, or C++. The role itself will mostly entail developing microservices in Java.

• Test Automation & CI/CD Proven experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests within CI/CD pipelines.
  Modern Tooling Practical experience using Git, API design frameworks, and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Testing: Exposure to or experience with contract testing.

• Emerging Tech: Experience using data science concepts, AI, or AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).

• Problem-Solving: Ability to apply a structured, creative approach to solving technical problems.

• Learning Agility: Willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within diverse teams and communicate clearly.
