  • Configure, maintain, and enhance UKG Dimensions modules, including Timekeeping, Global Time Off (GTO), Basic Scheduling, Accruals, Attestation, Activities, and Device Management.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective UKG Workforce Management solutions.
  • Perform application configuration, testing, troubleshooting, enhancements, and production support activities.
  • Support UKG Pro WFM implementations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Design and maintain Data Views, Reports, Attestations, and Attendance-related configurations.
  • Develop, support, and troubleshoot integrations between UKG and other enterprise systems using Dell Boomi.
  • Create and maintain integrations, reports, and data extracts using SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Support and troubleshoot UKG/Kronos InTouch clock devices, including configuration and connectivity issues.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR, Payroll, and technical teams to deliver workforce management solutions.
  • Participate in Agile development activities, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in UKG/Kronos Workforce Management implementations and support.
  • Strong experience with UKG Dimensions and UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).
  • Expertise in UKG modules such as Timekeeping, Global Time Off (GTO), Basic Scheduling, Accruals, Attestation, Activities, and Device Management.
  • Hands-on experience developing and supporting integrations using Dell Boomi.
  • Experience integrating UKG solutions with HR, Payroll, and other enterprise applications.
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for data analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, and interface development.
  • Experience working with UKG/Kronos InTouch clock devices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • UKG Workforce Management or Boomi certifications.
  • Experience with payroll systems and workforce management business processes.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise workforce management solutions.

Understanding of labor regulations, workforce scheduling, time and attendance compliance, and payroll processes.
