【 職務概要】
研華工業級交換機定位為專為嚴苛工業環境、物聯網（IoT）與自動化控制場域所打造的關鍵「邊緣運算基礎設施」。產品設計緊密結合集團核心戰略——AIoT 與邊緣運算（Edge Computing）。
隨著工業設備全面連網的趨勢加速，安全性已成為產品設計不可或缺的一環。因應歐盟《網路韌性法案》（Cyber Resilience Act, CRA）的導入，我們致力於深化交換機相關技術（如 L2/L3 網路、嵌入式系統與效能優化），並導入最新的工業網路安全（Cybersecurity）技術，全面強化產品在「性能、穩定性與安全性」三大面向的競爭力。
【 主要工作內容】
1. 設計與開發交換機核心軟體／韌體功能（Linux 嵌入式系統）
2. 負責網路協議的實作、優化，或開源專案（Open Source）的移植與整合
3. 使用 C 語言進行軟體／韌體設計、開發與維護
4. 與團隊工程師（RD/SQA）密切合作，確保產品品質、安全與穩定性
5. 參與產品從設計、開發到除錯的完整生命週期
6. 持續關注並導入相關網路／網路安全技術，推動產品進步與創新
【 必要條件 】
1. 學歷要求：大學或碩士以上
2. 科系背景：資訊工程、電機電子工程或相關領域
3. 工作經驗：應屆畢業生或具相關經驗者皆歡迎
4. 專業技能：熟悉 C 語言與基本程式設計能力
5. 語文能力：不限
6. 證照需求：無
7. 外派出差：無需出差或外派

1. 良好的問題分析與解決能力
2. 熟悉 Linux 系統或具嵌入式開發經驗
3. 理解作業系統原理，具備資料結構與演算法基礎
4. 熟悉計算機架構或硬體系統概念
5. 對系統底層、嵌入式開發或網路通訊具高度興趣
6. 了解網路協議（TCP/IP、Ethernet、VLAN、Routing 等）
