Your Impact
Design and deliver integration solutions that enable reliable, secure connectivity and support business outcomes across the organisation.
Develop and enhance integration components that meet quality standards, improving system performance and maintainability.
Resolve incidents and strengthen reliability, contributing to improved system stability and seamless operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver solutions that align with business needs and expectations.
Drive continuous improvement by contributing to platform roadmaps and evolving integration practices for long-term success.
AI-Assisted Engineering & Productivity
Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate coding, testing, refactoring, and documentation, while remaining fully accountable for the correctness, security, and maintainability of all delivered work.
Apply prompt engineering and AI-augmented workflows to integration design, code review, and troubleshooting, critically validating AI-generated output against business requirements and engineering standards before it is used.
Identify and champion opportunities to embed AI tooling and automation into the team’s delivery practices to improve throughput, consistency, and quality.
Your Capabilities
You bring strong experience in integration or C# .NET development, with the ability to deliver solutions in complex environments.
You have a relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline that underpins your technical expertise.
You communicate clearly and build effective relationships, enabling collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You apply analytical thinking and sound judgement, balancing quality, risk, and delivery outcomes to solve problems effectively.
You take ownership and contribute to team success, managing priorities while supporting others through knowledge sharing.
You may also have relevant professional certifications, or a desire to continue developing your capability.
