Your role in the team
We are seeking skilled Python & AI Agent Developers to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python-based AI development, agent frameworks (including MCP / LLM-driven agent architectures), and scalable backend services.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deployAI-driven applications and intelligent agentsusing Python
Build andmaintainAI agents / autonomous agentsleveraging LLMs, prompt orchestration, and agent frameworks
DevelopMCP-based agent workflows(planning, tool invocation, memory, orchestration)
Integrate AI agents with backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines
Work with structured and unstructured data for model training, inference, and optimization
Implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services
Collaborate with product, architecture, and data science teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
EssentialSkills

A minimum of 3+ yearsinPython(backend development, scripting, data processing)
A minimum of1 +yearshands onexperiencewithAI / LLM-based solutions
Experience working withAI agents / agent-based architectures
Knowledge ofMCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar agent orchestration frameworks
Understanding ofprompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG pipelines
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
Desirable Skills
Exposure tocloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience with databases (SQL / NoSQL) and message queues
