Adtranis looking for a talented Software Engineer IIto join our AI Team working on the REAL AI Factory, part of Mosaic One– an innovative SaaS platform.

Mosaic Oneis a cloud-based solution that aggregates data from network management platforms, broadband access systems, and consumer devices to deliver intelligent workflows and AI-driven insights that help our customers succeed.

As part of a cross-functional, full-stack team, you will design, build, and continuously improve our AI-powered products using modern technologies and agile best practices.

This is a fixed-term contract until 31.05.2027

YourResponsibilities

• Design and develop components of the Mosaic One SaaS platform

• Build andmaintainend-to-end ML pipelines(data ingestion,preprocessing,IaC,training, inference)

• Optimizedata pipelines for feature engineering and model retraining

• Deploy,monitor, and manage ML models in production using MLOpsbest practices

• Ensure scalability, reliability, and reproducibilityof ML systems (cloud & on-prem)

• Contribute to system architecture and technical design documentation

• Participate in code reviews and design reviews

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions

• SupportCI/CDprocessesandincrementalreleases

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments

• Optimizecloud resource usage, performance, and cost

• Perform orassistin feasibility studies of needed software development

• Conduct andparticipatein design reviews and code reviews

BasicQualifications

• Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering,ETL pipelines,or cloud-based ML systems

• Strong programming skills in Python and Bash (especially in automation andPySparkalgorithms)

• Experience with Databricks and Apache Spark

• Solidknowledgeof SQL

• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g.,PyTest)

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub)

• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, scalability)

• Experience with distributed systems (e.g., multi-threading, inter-process communication)

• Experience building cloud-based SaaS products

• Familiarity with MCP(Model-Context-Protocol)

• Strongcommunicationandteamworkskills

• Englishproficiencyat B2+ level or higher

PreferredQualifications

• Experience with Python ecosystem (Python 3,Pydantic,uv, Boto3)

• Experience with AWS serverless architecture (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB)

• ExperiencewithInfrastructureasCode(IaC)

• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)

• Familiarity with networking concepts (Ethernet, networkprotocols,PasiveOptical Networks)

• Stable employment conditions based on an employment contract (turnover rate below 4%). This is a fixed-term contract until 31.05.2027
