Your new job

We are hiring for two positions within this role. We’re looking for Software Engineers who wants to solve complex, real-world problems to make life at home simpler. Join us on our journey as we level up our technology to enhance everyday experiences. Your primary focus will be software development within the Product Management domain, contributing across several product components. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions. Your expertise will be essential in driving the success of our projects and ensuring optimal performance.

The Product Management team manages the total offer by establishing and lifecycle-managing products and services in the range, ensuring product information can be managed or automatically derived from detailed engineering and manufacturing data. You will report to a Software Engineering Manager. The impact of your work will touch homes and hearts around the world. On a typical day, you will:

  • Develop, maintain and operate software code within the assigned technology domain, platform or product
  • Apply and promote good software engineering practices such as CI/CD within an agile and iterative development approach
  • Deliver tested, maintainable and well-documented code in line with agreed architectural principles and security requirements
  • Work closely with team members to ensure quality, reuse and learning across the product area

Qualification

What we’d like you to bring to the table

The role as a Software Engineer requires you to:

  • Have good knowledge of software engineering principles and practices
  • Have solid experience in both frontend and backend development
  • While technologies and tools may vary between teams, you should feel comfortable working with programming languages such as React/NextJS, Typescript, C#, .net, Node.js
  • Have a solid understanding of API design and integration (REST/GraphQL)
  • Have some knowledge of databases (SQL &/or NoSQL &/or PostgreSQL)
  • Be familiar with version control (Git)
  • Have experience working in agile or iterative development teams, ideally with a DevOps setup
  • Have experience developing, testing and maintaining software in one or more relevant technology stacks
  • Be able to collaborate effectively with other engineers and cross-functional roles
  • Take responsibility for code quality, including automated testing, documentation and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to a product mindset by understanding user needs and business outcomes, and adapting how you develop software accordingly

It’s a plus if you also:

  • Have experience working across multiple components or products within a digital product area
  • Support the ongoing shift towards treating data and software as products, by being open to new ways of working and value-based thinking
  • Experience in generative & agentic AI with principles surrounding, agent orchestration & systems thinking, context & memory management, evaluation & verification literacy, AI governance & security.
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as Code, Containerization & Orchestration, version control, scripting & automation.
  • Experience developing PIM solutions/applications with skills around Data modelling & governance, data migration & synchronization, workflow automation.
