5–10 years of experience as a Software Engineer (full-stack or backend-leaning)
Strong foundation in Node.js, TypeScript, and Postgres
Proven experience building and launching a side project or startup product
Hands-on experience writing OpenAI API requests (at work or in personal projects) — must have
Experience in high-growth startups or as a founding engineer; exceptional candidates from Big Tech also considered
Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in an early-stage startup
Bonus: top CS school background, markers of excellence (CS/math competitions, Recurse Center, Pioneer, Hack Club, Thiel Fellowship, etc.)
