They’re hiring senior engineers across three focus areas: exchange integrations, market data, and core trading platforms.

What you’ll do:

You’ll build and improve the systems that connect their strategies to markets, deliver real-time data and keep their trading operations accurate and reliable around the clock. Depending on your experience and strengths, your primary focus will be one of the following areas:

• Exchange integrations and execution:
• Build and operate connections to centralized exchanges, DeFi venues and prediction markets. Optimize order submission and cancellation, maintain accurate order and account state, and ensure integrations recover reliably from disconnects, missing acknowledgements and inconsistent updates.
• Market data:
• Build high-throughput feed handlers that turn exchange and blockchain data into accurate, timely inputs for trading strategies. Own sequencing, gap recovery and data-quality checks, alongside low-latency delivery, historical capture and reliable replay for research.
• Core trading platforms:
• Improve their live monitoring, trade ledger and shared services, including messaging, databases and internal APIs. Make existing systems faster and more resilient while preserving correctness and compatibility for the teams and services relying on them.

Across these areas, you’ll:

• Profile systems, identify bottlenecks and deliver measurable improvements to latency, throughput and reliability.
• Design for real-world failures, keeping data and state correct when connections drop, events arrive out of order or upstream systems behave unexpectedly.
• Own systems beyond launch, with monitoring, recovery mechanisms and ongoing improvements that support continuous trading.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience building and operating real-time production systems in at least one relevant area: low-latency connectivity, high-throughput data pipelines, internal platforms, observability or trade capture.
• Deep expertise in Rust or modern C++, with the ability to become productive quickly in their Rust-based stack.
• Strong systems fundamentals, including Linux, networking and an understanding of how performance is affected across the application, operating system and network.
• Sound judgment around data correctness and distributed systems, with experience handling challenges such as sequencing, reconciliation, idempotency, buffering or recovery.
• A disciplined approach to performance engineering: profiling before optimizing and validating improvements with measurements.
• Ownership beyond initial delivery, including improving existing systems without disrupting their consumers.
• Fluent English.

Relevant specialist experience will depend on your focus: network protocols and session management for integrations; feed processing and capture/replay for market data; or storage, schema design, messaging and live monitoring interfaces for core platforms.

Trading experience is welcome, but strong engineering experience in other demanding environments is equally relevant. No degree or certifications are required—they look for demonstrated ability and results.
