The Lattice Command and Control (C2) UI team builds and maintains the common web application components that bring the Lattice for C2 primitives to web applications across Anduril’s different divisions. We serve as the backbone of the C2 application development process, enabling our engineers to focus on building innovative features for Lattice applications rather than reinventing infrastructure. Our team develops the shared building blocks utilized throughout Anduril's customer-facing web applications to communicate with the Lattice C2 backend services to understand the common operating picture, convey intent to autonomous agents, store and access files across Lattice, and more. Our mission is to accelerate development cycles and equip our engineering teams with robust framework to interact with Lattice OS to create exceptional web applications that advance Anduril's defense technology goals.
We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our growing team during its formative stage. In this position, you will help shape how Anduril engineers build and deliver web software. You will contribute to designing and implementing foundational web frameworks to interact with Lattice OS services. Your work will span multiple technical domains as you identify friction points and craft elegant solutions to improve our development infrastructure. This role requires a solid foundation in web technologies, efficient front-end data structures, and the ability to optimize communication with the back-end. US Salary Range $166,000—$220,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
