The .NET System Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and supporting business applications built on the .NET platform. This role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams, ensuring requirements are effectively translated into system solutions. The analyst will work on application development, production support, and continuous improvements, ensuring applications meet business needs, performance expectations, and compliance standards
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Analysis & Stakeholder Management
Translate business requirements into system specifications, use cases, and process flows
Conduct impact analysis for system changes and enhancements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and business solutions
Design system architecture
System Design and Documentation
Document functional specifications (FS), technical specifications (TS), and solution design.
Design system workflows, APIs, and integration points for. NET-based applications
Ensure system designs are scalable, maintainable, and designed with enterprise standards.
Review technical designs and ensure alignment with requirements
Application Development support
Work closely with developers on .NET (C#, ASPNET, .NET Core)
Guide development, testing, and deployment phases.
Assist in code reviews and solution validation when necessary
Testing & Quality Assurance
Define test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria based on requirements.
Support SIT (System integration test) and UAT (User acceptance testing)
Validate functionality and ensure it meets business expectations.
Coordinate defect tracking and resolution with development teams.
Production support and enhancement
Provide L2/L3 production support for .NET applications.
Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA).
Support application releases, patches, and enhancements.
Work proactively to identify improvement opportunities and reduce recurring issues.
