The Global Payment-Tech-Infra and SRE team is responsible for building and maintaining the core infrastructure and reliability engineering capabilities of ByteDance's Global Payment platform. We focus on system architecture, scalability, and operational excellence to support global payment services at scale. As a team, we collaborate closely with business, compliance, and cross-functional engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in system resilience and engineering efficiency.

- Participate in the design, development, and evolution of the Global Payment Business Architecture, supporting the continuous growth of global payment services, regulatory compliance, and system modernization while ensuring high-quality architecture delivery and engineering efficiency.
- Develop a deep understanding of global payment business scenarios and continuously evolve the Global Payment Business Architecture by aligning with business growth and regulatory requirements. Design and build core architectural capabilities, including Multi-Region / Multi-Cell architecture, high availability and disaster recovery, traffic routing, and data synchronization, to continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and evolvability.
- Drive the governance and continuous improvement of the Global Payment Business Architecture through architecture governance, technology cost optimization, technical standards, and metadata management, continuously enhancing system maintainability, engineering productivity, and architecture governance.
