우리는 특정 도메인에 국한되지 않고 추천 시스템 전반을 다루는 팀입니다. 비즈니스 피처 개발, 시스템 성능 개선, 실험 및 인프라 설계 등 추천이 더 빠르고 정확하게 작동하도록 다양한 프로젝트를 수행합니다.
추천은 Tinder 서비스 전반과 깊게 연결된 영역입니다. Recs Seoul 팀은 글로벌 엔지니어링 팀과 함께 추천 품질뿐 아니라 전반적인 사용자 경험을 개선하며 Tinder의 핵심 서비스를 기술적으로 발전시키는 역할을 하고 있습니다.
이번 인턴십에서는 Tinder Seoul의 EM과 시니어 엔지니어의 1:1 코칭과 멘토링을 받으며 독립 프로젝트를 수행합니다. 단순한 보조 업무가 아니라 본인이 주도적으로 문제를 정의하고 설계와 구현, 배포까지 책임지는 구조이며, 그 과정에서 데이터 기반 의사결정과 실험 중심으로 일하는 Tinder의 엔지니어링 문화를 직접 경험할 수 있습니다.
대규모 글로벌 서비스 Tinder의 추천 시스템 인프라를 문제 정의부터 프로덕션 배포까지 end-to-end로 직접 설계하고 구현하며, 실제 대규모 트래픽 환경에서 분산 시스템을 다루는 경험과 노하우를 쌓을 수 있습니다. Kafka, Elasticsearch, Feature Store 등 실서비스에서 검증된 인프라 컴포넌트를 직접 다루며, 추천 시스템이라는 기술적으로 도전적인 도메인을 깊이 있게 이해하게 됩니다.
또한 미국을 포함한 글로벌 엔지니어, PM, 데이터 사이언티스트와 함께 일하며 글로벌 팀에서의 협업 방식과 영어 커뮤니케이션 경험까지 자연스럽게 쌓을 수 있습니다.
