Job Description

Join us to modernize how contracts are created, managed, and released by driving meaningful platform improvements and cross-team delivery. You’ll grow your skills while partnering closely with product leaders and stakeholders to deliver outcomes that matter.

As an Icertis (CLM) Administrator at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate technology in our contract management product team, you configure and enhance the Icertis platform to support end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including implementations and production releases. You work with product owners, internal stakeholders, and external partners to gather requirements, design solutions, and communicate clear updates to our product and project team.

Job responsibilities

  • Configure contract types, templates, attributes, rules, metadata, and related settings in Icertis
  • Partner with product owners, internal stakeholders, and external partners to gather requirements and translate them into solution designs
  • Lead technology-driven transformation initiatives that improve contract lifecycle processes and platform capabilities
  • Support end-to-end contract lifecycle management delivery, including implementations and production releases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product leads to plan and deliver work on time
  • Proactively manage risks and escalations, seek support when needed, and remove delivery roadblocks
  • Organize, analyze, and communicate large volumes of information with precision, including leadership updates to the product and project team
  • Leverages enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools within the work environment to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity across complex deliverables (e.g., code generation/refactoring, unit test creation, documentation), while validating outputs through peer review, automated testing, and secure coding standards; contributes learnings and reusable patterns to improve broader team effectiveness.
  • Applies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
  • Administrator certification through ICI Academy or experience as an Icertis Administrator
  • Hands-on experience configuring Icertis contracts, including contract types, templates, attributes, rules, and metadata
  • Practical experience supporting end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage risks, handle escalations, and resolve project roadblocks
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and product leads to support project delivery
  • Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools within the work environment (e.g., for coding, test creation, troubleshooting, or documentation) with demonstrated ability to critically evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
  • Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations; ability to guide peers on safe and effective usage within team practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and communicate complex information, including leadership updates

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with automation testing of Icertis contracts
  • Familiarity with Icertis AI tools such as Icertis Copilot
  • Exposure to cloud technologies
  • Knowledge of modern front-end technologies
