Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.

In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.
Process Overview
Global Information Security (GIS) protects the Bank’s systems and data. The Cyber Security Technology function builds and operates platforms like Tines to enable scalable, automated security operations.
The SOAR program is evolving towards a Tines-led automation model, with strong emphasis on integration, RBAC, and self-service automation across teams.
This role is responsible for administration, governance, and operational stability of the Tines automation platform. The Tines Administrator will manage platform configuration, secure integrations, and access controls to ensure safe and scalable adoption across multiple teams.
The role focuses on enabling self-service automation at scale while enforcing strong guardrails through RBAC, credential management, and audit controls. The administrator will partner with engineering, security, and product teams to standardize platform usage, onboard new teams, and ensure compliance readiness.
