Global Business Services

Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.

Global Business Services is recognized for flawless execution, sound risk management, operational resiliency, operational excellence and innovation.

In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.

Process Overview

Global Information Security (GIS) protects the Bank’s systems and data. The Cyber Security Technology function builds and operates platforms like Tines to enable scalable, automated security operations.

The SOAR program is evolving towards a Tines-led automation model, with strong emphasis on integration, RBAC, and self-service automation across teams.

This role is responsible for administration, governance, and operational stability of the Tines automation platform. The Tines Administrator will manage platform configuration, secure integrations, and access controls to ensure safe and scalable adoption across multiple teams.

The role focuses on enabling self-service automation at scale while enforcing strong guardrails through RBAC, credential management, and audit controls. The administrator will partner with engineering, security, and product teams to standardize platform usage, onboard new teams, and ensure compliance readiness.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the Tines platform across environments
• Configure and maintain:
  • RBAC and granular access controls
  • Credentials and secrets management
  • SSL certificates and secure connections
• Manage and support 80+ integrations across security tools and platforms
• Establish and enforce platform governance standards and guardrails
• Enable and support onboarding of new teams, including access setup and best practices
• Monitor platform stability, usage, and performance
• Maintain audit and compliance readiness (logging, traceability, access reviews)
• Develop and maintain operational runbooks and documentation
• Support incidents, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure minimal downtime

Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field

Certifications If Any : NA

Experience Range : 8+ years

Foundational skills

• Tines Platform Administration Hands-on experience managing Tines (or similar SOAR platforms)
• Access Control & Security Strong understanding of RBAC, identity and access management
• Credentials & Secrets Management Experience securing API keys, tokens, and certificates
• Integration Management Experience handling large-scale platform integrations
• Platform Operations Monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining high availability systems
• Governance & Compliance Understanding of audit controls, logging, and regulatory requirements
• Cloud & Networking Basics Understanding of SSL, APIs, networking, and secure connectivity

Desired skills

• Experience with enterprise SOAR platforms (Tines, Splunk SOAR, etc.)
• Familiarity with security operations workflows
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and APIs
