As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase, with the Analytics & Insights Team, aligned to Employee Experience & Global Technology, you will be part of an agile team that prides in owning, designing, building & managing high quality applications. Job responsibilities

• Executes standard software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting
• Writes secure and high-quality code using the syntax of at least one programming language with limited guidance
• Understand software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, software improvement, architecture and design across all systems
• Work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals .
• Master in one or more modern programming languages
• Apply analytical skills & mindset to technical troubleshooting to break down solutions and solve technical problems of basic complexity
• Design and deliver market-leading technology products in a secure and scalable way as a seasoned member of an agile team

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
• Full Stack Developer with strong skills in front end
• Strong problem solver and can suggest multiple solutions for a problem.
• Able to drive & implement projects with minimal guidance.
• Genuine experience in programming/coding and passionate about delivering best applications to production.
• Hands on Server side experience in Java, JEE, Spring, Springboot, REST, Junit, Integration testing, BDD & Testing
• Hands on UI experience working on ReactJS and Redux, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ECMA5/6 and UI Frameworks

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Engineering Degree in Computer Science
• Strong interest in experimenting & implementing AI solutions
• Strong experience in Agile and Test Driven Methodologies
• Experience of building, deploying and managing application in 1 cloud environment, preferably AWS
