On this team, you’ll help build the outbound marketing side of Playlist's CRM and Marketing platform — the tools our customers use to stay in touch with their clients and bring them back. That includes:
Right now, much of this runs on a third-party marketing platform. We’re building those capabilities in-house, starting with a customer segmentation engine that lets businesses define and target audiences from their own data. There’s a lot to build, and we’re hiring engineers to make it happen.
