Architect & Design: Lead the creation of scalable, multi‑tenant cloud architectures that power our next‑generation products.
Build & Deliver: Develop high‑performance backend services and APIs with Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, or C# Collaborate with product and design teams to bring intuitive UIs to life with React and TypeScript (Full‑stack skills are a strong plus, but not required.)
Solve Core Challenges: Tackle complex engineering puzzles in data access, distributed systems, observability, and performance
Drive AI Integration: Shape and implement AI/LLM‑powered features that transform how our customers interact with technology.
Mentor & Lead: Guide other engineers, share best practices, and uphold a culture of technical excellence.

8+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong object‑oriented programming skills ( Java, Kotlin, C#, TypeScript, or similar).
Experience building scalable REST APIs and cloud‑native microservices
Solid database expertise — relational (SQL Server, Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and event‑driven architectures
Hands‑on with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across time zones.
Bonus points for:
Front‑end development with ReactTypeScript
Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, or ML integration
