As a ServiceNow developer, you will play a crucial role in driving IT
service excellence. Effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform
contributing to streamlined processes, improved user experiences, and enhanced business outcomes. You will be responsible for providing in-depth expertise in the design and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.

The Software Engineer on the Enterprise Applications team handles ServiceNow design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance. Collaborate across teams to enhance IT services, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvements. Develop scalable, high-quality software aligned with organizational objectives. Analyze requirements, resolve issues, and optimize performance to support growth. Stay updated on best practices and emerging features to ensure innovation and reliability.

As a Software Engineer II, you will be responsible for:

• Implementing and enhance ITSM processes including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset
  Management, and Service Catalog and more, based on business
  requirements.
• Creating and maintain workflows, business rules, UI
  policies, and other platform elements.
• Developing and maintain scripts, integrations, and APIs to extend ServiceNow's functionality and integrate with other systems.
• Collaborating with process owners and stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and automation using ServiceNow capabilities.
• Working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Creating detailed technical documentation and specifications for proposed solutions.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science with experiences of 2+ year as
  a ServiceNow administrator, developer, or consultant.
• Have good understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management concepts.
• Have Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.). Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Have ServiceNow certifications like CSA, Certified Application Developer, or CIS in various modules.
• Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
