This is an onsite position, 5 days/week, in the Vadodara office. Remote applicants will not be considered. 

Responsibilities for the Software Engineer

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that enhance core product capabilities within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing applications while providing ongoing technical support to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Contribute to the architecture, design, and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web-based healthcare platforms.
  • Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to build cloud-native, distributed systems aligned with healthcare compliance and performance standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including product managers, QA, and clinical stakeholders—to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions on schedule.
  • Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous delivery.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, healthcare IT regulations, and industry best practices, proactively contributing to process improvements and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with hands-on expertise in building modern web applications, backend services, and user-facing systems.
  • Experience working in healthcare IT or EHR/EMR systems is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

Programming & Development

  • Proficient in: NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, .NET Core
  • Strong experience with modern application architecture and RESTful API development

Frameworks & Libraries

  • Expertise in: ASP.NET MVC, .NET Entity Framework, React
  • Familiarity with component-based UI development and state management

Databases

  • Strong knowledge of relational databases ( MS SQL)
  • Experience with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB, MongoDB, or similar

Cloud & Architecture

  • Hands-on experience with AWS (or equivalent cloud platforms)
  • Experience designing and supporting cloud-hosted, scalable SaaS solutions
  • Familiarity with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Event Bridge)

DevOps & Practices

  • Proficiency in Git-based source control
  • Experience with secure coding practices, especially in regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies

Additional Expertise

  • Application troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancement of legacy and modern systems
  • Building and consuming RESTful services and APIs
