Your Mission
Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems using ServiceNow, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integrations. Work individually or as part of a team to improve workflows, update logic, modify forms, integrate APIs, and enhance ticket routing and status tracking. Utilize appropriate software development methodologies and best practices to deliver high-quality solutions.

You Will Excel in This Role If You Are:

  • Skilled in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications
  • Experienced in coding with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages
  • Comfortable integrating third-party software and APIs using REST and SOAP
  • Knowledgeable in ITSM frameworks and Agile methodologies
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

A Day in the Life Of:

  • Enhancing and modifying ServiceNow workflows, logic, and forms
  • Developing and implementing scripts, business rules, policies, and ACLs
  • Integrating APIs to improve system functionality and automation
  • Troubleshooting and resolving software issues
  • Collaborating with team members to improve ticket routing and status tracking

Must Haves:

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or four additional years of SWE experience)
  • Two years of experience developing and customizing core ServiceNow applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog)
  • Four years of IT application systems experience in technology solutions delivery
  • Experience configuring ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements
  • Experience integrating third-party software and APIs using REST and SOAP
  • ServiceNow System Administrator or ServiceNow Application Developer certification

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in Agile development environments
  • Knowledge of AngularJS, JSON, or other ServiceNow-related languages
  • Experience with ServiceNow Implementations (four years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of ITIL best practices
