As a member of the Software Engineering Team, the Software Engineer I will contribute to the development of core software systems powering Brain Corp’s autonomous mobile robots (AMRs). This role spans work across the Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL), telemetry systems, and robotics applications. The Software Engineer I will work closely with experienced engineers to build, test, and maintain software that interfaces with sensors, supports data collection and observability, and enables reliable robot operation. This is a hands-on, entry-level role ideal for engineers looking to grow their skills in robotics, embedded systems, and high-performance software.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in San Diego, California is $123,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Brain Corp is a multi-state employer and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
