Job Description

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Engineer I to join our team!

Candidate shall design, develop, package, and maintain software applications across Linux and Windows environments using Java, C#/.NET, and JavaScript.

Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph
Seven (7) years experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree

Required Skills:

Experience programming with Java (Hibernate, Spring MVC Framework, Spring Boot, Log4J)
Experience programming with C#/.NET
JavaScript experience
Experience with development and version control tools (Git, Gradle)
Experience with multiple operating systems
- Linux: Bash scripting, RPM packaging
- Windows: PowerShell scripting
Experience with Docker
- Able to build and run images
- Able to create Docker files
- Experience with Docker Compose

Desired Skills:

Web application development
MySQL
CI/CD (Github Actions)
GitHub packaging
Packaging for Windows (MSA, portable zip, etc.)
Windows WSL familiarity
PKI infrastructure and X.509 certificates
Unit testing
Software Development lifecycle
