As a
Software Engineer (Fullstack)
at Aspire, you will be responsible to develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our platform. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications while following best practices in modern software development.
What you’ll do
Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of the platform.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire technology stack.
Contribute to the design and architecture of new features and systems.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, frameworks, and best practices.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2–4 years of experience in a similar full-stack development role.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Strong experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and CI/CD.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
Experience with serverless architectures.
Contributions to open-source projects.
Experience working on e-commerce platforms.
Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO/SOC or similar.
