You’ll be working in the GCRG Employee Conduct Application Delivery team. We are a dynamic team located in Zürich and acting globally. We deliver IT solutions to Employee Conduct using state of the art technology both from major vendors in the field and in-house developments. Our current focus is to automate application processes and implement advanced investigations management capabilities.
• a solid understanding of all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (Agile, Kanban or Waterfall)
• development experience (Java/JavaScript/REACT), focus on Java is a must, Groovy is a plus as well as UNIX shell scripting.
• experience in Azure cloud engineering and ETL data migration/concepts
• experience integrating in-house and 3rd party vendor products into an enterprise environment (software packaging, scripting and integrations)
• knowledge of DB concepts and hands on experience with databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• IT Security (authentication, authorization, CA SiteMinder, cryptography, certificate management)
• high level of drive and commitment, flexibility to undertake a variety of assignments and good communication/reporting ability with fluency in English
• university degree in computer science, math, physics, engineering, or a related field
• at least 5 years of experience in holding a (senior/mid) software engineering position within a complex organization, preferably in the financial services domain. • a proactive and independent work style, excellent organizational and time-management skills with Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
