Responsibilities

• Design, code, test and deploy robust, scalable, and high-performance AI/Model-first features for our business solutions using C#, .NET, Azure and modern AI technologies
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX researchers, AI researchers and other engineers to translate complex business requirements into well-architected solutions
• Actively participate in the team’s agile processes, contributing to planning and design sessions and sprint retrospectives.
• Enhance system quality by conducting code reviews, developing test automation Evals to ensure features are accurate, reliable and maintainable.
• Contribute to the health of our live services by monitoring performance and online evals metrics, investigating and resolving production issues, and participating in an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

Required qualifications: -

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Professional experience in full-stack software development, with a proven track record of shipping commercial software.
• 1+years hands on experience building production ready applications a modern programming language such as C#, TypeScript, Python or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical topics and discuss requirements with stakeholders.
• High level understanding of AI Language Models, prompt engineering, and Agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices. Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience building and deploying scalable applications using modern AI technologies
• Proficient with relational databases, SQL and data modeling
• Previous experience working with complex, data-intensive business applications Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
