Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3.5+ years of experience developing software for complex systems or computerized products.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and scripting languages ( Python, Shell).
• Experience in Java and Microservices architecture.
• Working knowledge of DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Artifactory
• Interest in developing solutions using cloud and edge technologies
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence.
• Experience working in a scaled agile environment
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing roles and responsibilities.

Desired Characteristics

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the medical industry, particularly in medical imaging and visualization application development
• Familiarity with GE Healthcare engineering tools and processes (PRD, QMS).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Ability to develop innovative concepts and solutions for complex products.

Experience working in a global team environment and cross-functional product development teams

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have: - Academic: BE / BTECH (CSE, IT), B.Sc. (Computers), BCA / MCA Or Other Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Computing / IT preferred - Functional Domain: Healthcare IT / IT Services Delivery domain. - Experience: Relevant years of experience in similar role. - Communication skills: Have strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner. - Personality: Good time-management skills. - Team player: Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. - Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success. - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. - Be strategic in developing solutions and process improvements. - Be efficient in finding strategies to streamline efforts and successfully complete tasks on time.
