About the CRM Marketing product team:

As a Software Engineer in our CRM Marketing product team, you’ll develop and improve the tools that help customers attract, engage, and retain their audiences. From email campaigns to marketing automation, analytics, and customer journeys, your work will empower marketers to create meaningful interactions that drive growth.

This is an exciting time to join: we’re integrating AI into our CRM to make marketing smarter, more personalized, and data-driven. You’ll be part of a team turning innovation into features that help users succeed.

⚙️ What you’ll do

  • Design, build, test, and ship new features across our CRM platform

  • Take ownership of parts of the codebase as you grow

  • Work across C#, .NET, TypeScript, SQL, and modern web tech

  • Help shape architecture, improve performance, and contribute to better ways of working

  • Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product owners

  • Bring curiosity, clarity, and craft to everything you build


What you bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience with C# and full‑stack development

  • Solid engineering fundamentals and a love for maintainable code

  • Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub)

  • A collaborative mindset—you enjoy learning and helping others grow

  • Curiosity and drive: you try, learn, adapt, repeat
