Working as a software engineer
In this role, the team’s primary focus is addressing the needs of our Scandinavian customers – those closest to us. We call this 'local development.' Together with our end-users, we create solutions that simplify their everyday workflows. Many solutions are tailor-made to meet the expectations of a specific market or a unique customer, enhancing the experience of Sectra’s core offering.

This shift brings new responsibilities that extend beyond the development phase, strengthening our sense of ownership. This direction not only benefits our customers but also us as a supplier. The local development team consists of a tight-knit group of ten developers. With our base in Linköping, we work alongside many of Sectra's other development teams, collaborating toward shared goals and supporting one another.
