Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement software solutions using C and C++ with a focus on design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
  • Work with Hardware Description Languages including Verilog, System Verilog, and VHDL to create robust EDA tools
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand customer needs and deliver solutions that address real-world challenges
  • Contribute to code quality through peer reviews and consistency to guidelines
  • Participate in technical discussions and share knowledge with team members
  • Support the development and maintenance of EDA software across multiple platforms

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field from a recognized engineering institution
  • At least 2 years of Industry experience with proficiency in C or C++ programming with understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
  • Working knowledge of at least one Hardware Description Language: Verilog, VHDL, or SystemVerilog
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work effectively in team environments
  • Verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with scripting languages
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Perforce
  • Understanding of gate-level digital logic design
  • Experience in EDA software development
  • Experience with parallel algorithms or job distribution
