Java Backend Developer Sr
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot, modern integration architecture, and enterprise application development is a plus. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert who combines exceptional software engineering capabilities with excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, architects, and business partners. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Java (8/11/17+)
- Spring Boot
- Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Security, Data)
- Hibernate / JPA
- REST API Development
- Microservices Architecture
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Architect and implement scalable microservices and distributed systems.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams to deliver business solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead technical discussions and participate in architecture reviews.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and software development methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
