What You Will Do

• Design, build, and maintain robust backend services and APIs that power essential product functionality.
• Collaborate with forward-deployed engineers to deliver technical solutions directly to customers, translating complex requirements into reliable software.
• Support solutions and integrations work, diagnosing and resolving technical challenges across the stack.
• Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code that meets high performance and maintainability standards.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to enhance the overall engineering process.
• Contribute to improving internal tooling and engineering best practices to streamline workflows.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong backend focus.
• Proven experience designing and building server-side systems, RESTful or GraphQL APIs, and scalable data services.
• Comfort working across the backend stack, including databases, data modeling, and service architecture.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, particularly in production or customer-facing environments.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Preferred

• Experience in roles that require direct collaboration with customers or solutions teams.
• Demonstrated ability to own features from concept to production, with a focus on business impact.

Compensation and Benefits
