Make an Impact

Built in partnership with Booking.com, the B4B Experience encompasses the end-to-end journey for corporate travelers, travel arrangers, and administrators.

Reporting to a Senior Engineering Manager or Engineering Manager and working alongside a supportive team, you deliver well-defined features at the application experience layer, the web applications, and the BFF and orchestration services behind them that connect our experiences to platform services. With light-touch steering, you raise the craft, accessibility and quality of what customers see and touch. You understand why the work matters, work agentically day to day and ship small changes often.

What you'll do

• Work closely with Product, Design and Engineering, modelling strong engineering standards and teamwork.
• Understand the customer problem and success measure, and check that what you ship moves it.
• Help shape work into small, shippable slices with requirements anyone, or any agent, could check.
• Independently deliver well-scoped features to production, in line with our stack and design system.
• Implement designs faithfully and accessibly, including responsive behaviour and empty, error and loading states.
• Build and extend the BFF endpoints your features need in C#.
• Work agentically by default, giving agents clear tasks and context, writing tests from requirements first and verifying output before it ships.
• Make reversible calls yourself; escalate anything that changes what ships or is costly to undo.
• Lead small projects with coaching, planning the work, running stand-ups and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Deploy and support what you build, including on-call and infrastructure changes with guidance, and instrument both system health and customer outcomes.
• Contribute ideas that improve how the team works and what it ships.

What you'll bring

• Solid React/Next.js and TypeScript, and customer-facing features shipped to production.
• Working experience building APIs in C# or another backend language.
• Accessibility fundamentals, including semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, colour contrast and ARIA.
• Plans and executes work effectively, balancing speed and quality and adapting when priorities shift.
• Designs small, simple, maintainable solutions that avoid common security vulnerabilities.
• Contributes to team technical discussions and recognizes dependencies in the team's system.
• Uses tests, metrics and dashboards to improve quality and reliability.
• Deliberately builds understanding of the code you ship, so judgement grows alongside agentic productivity.
• Supports peers through review and knowledge sharing, helps align the team around agreed
