What You Will Do
- Develop and optimize backend systems using Python, Rust, C/C++, and Go to support real-time AI functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust algorithms for visual conversational AI applications.
- Engage in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment and maintenance.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2+ years of experience in backend engineering or computer vision.
- Proficient in Python, Rust, C/C++, and Go with a strong understanding of software development principles.
- Experience with real-time systems and performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
- Experience in developing scalable systems for high-traffic applications.
- Knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure management.
Compensation and Benefits
