We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to lead the architecture, development, and delivery of our dealer enterprise platform solutions. This is hands-on technical role focuses on building scalable full-stack applications, APIs, and cloud-based services while driving engineering best practices and system reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that align with business goals and enhance platform performance and customer experience.

What you'll do...

Full-Stack Development: Build scalable APIs, backend services, and microservice architectures that enable seamless communication between enterprise platforms, connected systems, and cloud applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver iterative product enhancements, validate solutions quickly, and continuously improve platform capabilities.

Drive architecture decisions, code quality standards, and best practicesacross full-stack development, system integrations, and cloud-based platforms.

Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams.

Collaborate across engineering, business and operations teams to ensure reliable deployments, continuous improvement, and successful delivery of high-impact software solutions.

Qualifications You'll have...

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development, including designing, building, and delivering enterprise applications and scalable platform solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot for backend development and building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and Oracle, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Familiarity with build and deploy mechanisms, CI/CD pipelines, and a disciplined version control approach.

Even better, you may have...

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Developer/Architect certification or hands-on experience designing and deploying scalable cloud-native applications and enterprise infrastructure on GCP.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies, LLM integrations, and AI-assisted development workflows; Generative AI certifications or related cloud AI credentials are a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create and deliver clear, concise, and engaging presentations to business stakeholders.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
• Comfortable voicing opinions and sharing innovative concepts within a team setting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Understanding of engineering, manufacturing, or other industrial business systems and their interaction with product definition processes.

This position ranges from salary grade 6-8 and ranges from $85,400-$190,000.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
