What You Will Do

• Design, build, and deploy full-stack features using React, Next.js, and Python for an AI-driven hiring platform.
• Architect and manage both SQL and NoSQL database schemas to ensure scalability and data integrity.
• Deploy and maintain large language models (LLMs) and other machine learning models in production, building evaluation pipelines for quality assurance.
• Create and manage ETL pipelines and data orchestration workflows using Airflow or similar tools to support AI features and reporting needs.
• Lead systems integrations across various platforms, including recruitment tools, payment systems, and data warehouses.
• Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to define technical direction and rapidly execute high-impact initiatives.
• Take ownership of features from architecture through to production deployment and continuous iteration.

Ideal Candidate Background

• Proficient in React, Next.js, and Python with a history of delivering production-grade applications.
• Hands-on experience designing schemas for both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proven track record of deploying LLMs or other ML models into production, including robust evaluation and monitoring pipelines.
• Familiarity with Airflow or comparable ETL orchestration tools in a production context.
• Experience integrating complex systems, such as CRMs and recruitment platforms, into cohesive workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Previous experience in a startup or founding role, demonstrating resourcefulness and adaptability.
• Background at a top-tier technology company, with exposure to high-scale engineering practices.

Compensation and Benefits
