What You Will Do
- Design and implement full-stack solutions using Ruby on Rails, React, and TypeScript to enhance platform capabilities.
- Develop and optimize APIs with GraphQL to ensure seamless data flow and integration across services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable applications that meet user needs and business objectives.
- Utilize PostgreSQL for efficient data management and storage, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS, optimizing for cost and performance.
- Engage in code reviews and contribute to best practices to maintain high-quality standards in software development.
- Participate in the machine learning lifecycle, integrating AI-driven features into the platform.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5–8 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React, with strong knowledge of TypeScript.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and GraphQL for database management and API development.
- Familiarity with AWS services for application deployment and infrastructure management.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred
- Experience in the financial services or fintech industry.
- Knowledge of Next.js for server-side rendering and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their application in software development.
Compensation and Benefits
