Job: Senior Application Engineer - React Native

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Type: Permanent

Working arrangement: Hybrid (3 days on site in Dublin 22)

Salary: 50,000 - 100,000

Elwood Roberts is working closely with a leading global business with offices all over the world. In Ireland they mainly work in the Security Sector. Today they are one of the biggest Security Companies to both residential and commercial businesses. They have a well-established office in Dublin that houses an innovative R&D team. We are looking for experienced and motivated Native React Software Engineers to take a leading role in the continuous development and operation of our market leading security service.

As a key member of the R&D team the primary objective of your role will be to support the team in:

• Design and implement software using Native React
• Support the setup and operation of production servers and services in AWS.
• Perform modifications on existing software to add improved functionality.
• Implement unit and system tests for automated testing.
• Create technical specification documents.
• Lead the project, mentor and coach junior members of the team
• Management of enhancements to the upgraded platform.

We are ideally looking for someone with at least 6 years experience in Software Development, ideally 3-5 years working specifically with native React. The current platform has served the business well. They are now looking to enhance the Software while driving a more cloud based formula in an AWS environment.
