Develop new features for the TomTom Navigation SDK
Take part in implementation, testing, and maintenance of features in our Maps SDK for Android
Work on new functionalities and contribute to the maintenance of an existing codebase
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Contribute to the integration of TomTom's Premium 3D Map features into the Android Navigation SDK
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Kotlin while following coding standards and best practices
Participate in testing and debugging activities to ensure the quality and reliability of the SDK
Work closely with senior developers to learn from their expertise and contribute to design discussions within your area
Stay updated with the latest developments in Android app development and mapping technologies
Solid Kotlin programming skills
Ability and dedication to create clean, easy to read and maintainable code
Good object-orientated software design abilities
Ability to think out of the box and bring new ideas to the table
Good understanding of APIs and Android SDKs
Experience in using unit test frameworks
Familiarity with map-related concepts and geospatial technologies
Analytical skills to determine and improve the testability of development deliverables and to find root causes and solutions for detected issues
