General Summary:
AI Solution Enablement Engineer focuses on driving AI adoption by enabling PDTE engineers to independently build, deploy, and scale AI applications within their day‑to‑day workflows. The role emphasizes adoption enablement.
Key responsibilities include:
-Enabling self‑service AI application development using approved platforms, agent frameworks, and tools
-Translating AI capabilities into reusable patterns, templates, and workflows
-Embedding AI into existing engineering workflows to lower adoption barriers
-Supporting onboarding, configuration, and validation so teams can confidently own their AI solutions
-Acting as the bridge between central AI platforms and real‑world engineering usage
-Supporting the internal Agent Builder Certificate Program, including designing course materials and delivering training to scale AI skills across PDTE
Ideal Candidate Will Have
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
